1. General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NeoPos software, services, and related websites (the "Service") provided by zhmdff ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. SaaS customers (business users)

Restaurants, cafés, and other businesses may use NeoPos only under an active subscription or written authorization. Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials, managing staff access, and using the system for lawful business purposes only.

• Subscription fees and plan limits apply as agreed in your contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of menu, pricing, and content data.
• Unauthorized access, interference, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

3. End users (QR menu guests)

Guests using QR menus and public branch pages may view information for personal, non-commercial purposes. When placing orders or requests you are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.

4. Intellectual property

NeoPos software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by zhmdff and protected by copyright. No license is granted except a limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, zhmdff is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Remedies for business losses may be governed by applicable local law and your commercial agreement.
